Steps to Adoption
Step 1- Once you have seen a dog you would like to bring into your family please fill out an application.
STEP 2- One of our Adoption Coordinators will reach out to you to set up a time to talk. This is a good time for you to ask questions and for us to get to know you!
STEP 3- Once we have all decided that this may be a good fit we will do a home check. This may include a local visit or perhaps a video walk through.
STEP 4- Now that we are all committed to making this family permanent its time for the details. We will ask you to sign the adoption agreement and pay the adoption fees.
Step 5- Now we are ready to set up your pups flight/meeting. For our South Korean Pups during this time we will be working closely with our partners to find a flight volunteer, do import paperwork and health clearance for the pup. Sometimes this can be a few weeks, sometimes a month or more as we rely on volunteers traveling to one of our 7 airports in the US: L.A., D.C., Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle and New York.
Step 6- Now comes the fun part! As the adopter you will have been notified of flight date and time, you just need to be there on time to meet your new family member at the airport and take them home!
